I PLACED MY ORDER. NOW WHAT?

Now the fun begins! We get to start bringing your order to life. We design, cut and sew everything ourselves so sometimes it may take up to 4 weeks for your order to ship. Try not to fret! It's coming! If you need your order by a certain date, be sure to include it in your notes at checkout. If you forget, shoot us an email and we'll take care of ya!

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Because all items are "made to order",  all sales through The Magpie Co are final sale. We encourage you to ask questions via our contact form prior to purchase and browse our reviews online. If you receive your order and believe it to be damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can assist you. The Magpie Co loves you and we want you to be happy with your purchase! All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving.

HOW DO I WASH MY MAGPIE CO?

In cool water with a phosphate free detergent. Hang or lay flat to dry to help preserve color.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We sure do! We offer a low flat rate shipping fee no matter how large your order!

 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES?

Most items are shipped USPS First Class (or better) with Delivery Confirmation only. Shipping costs cover just that, shipping and the package it's shipped in. INSURANCE is OPTIONAL. However, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Unfortunately packages CAN go missing, so please take that into consideration when you check out. If you want insurance, please contact us through the contact form  and we will adjust the cost for you!
